Take a slice of bread (French bread works well) and toast individually with chimichurri spread on top; after slightly toasting you can place a slice of tomato, a slice of procuitto and mozzarella cheese and warm until cheese is melted.

After cheese is melted serve and decorate with a dab of chimichurri!

Saute shrimp in a skillet, as if preparing shrimp scampi, with chimichurri, olive oil or butter and white wine. Simply delicious!
