Description
Our Ice Cream Base Dulce de Leche is pure Dulce de Leche and can be mixed with any base for ice cream or gelato.
It’s a little darker than our regular Dulce de Leche to give the final mix a nice caramel color.
Can be used to be mixed completely with the ice cream base and get just one final color or to make a swirl on the final Dulce de Leche.
Three sizes available: 11lb, 22lb and 55lb.
11lb: weight 200oz size is 8x8x8
55lb weight 920 oz size is 10x10x20
